Guest - Initiated Cancellations
All Sales Are Final. Once the reservation is confirmed and paid in full, it is non-refundable.
This reservation is eligible for our Postponing the Magic Policy.
If the Guest cancels more than 120 days before check-in, a 100% credit of the total rental cost may be issued for a future rental, valid for 12 months. If more points are required for the reservation, the Renter is responsible for paying the difference. If less points are used, no credit will be issued.
If the Guest cancels between 120-91 days before check-in, a 50% credit of the total rental cost may be issued for a future rental, valid for 12 months. If more points are required for the reservation, the Renter is responsible for paying the difference. If less points are used, no credit will be issued.
If the Guest cancels within 90 days of check-in, no refunds or credits will be provided.
Reservation Modifications
Reservation modifications (dates, resort, or room type) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Reservation Modifications (name changes, etc) must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
A $100 administrative fee applies to any and all modification requests.
If modifications require additional points, the Guest is responsible for any cost differences.
