Agreement to Rent Disney Vacation Club Confirmed Reservation or Points for Reservation
This Agreement is made by and between DVC Owner renting their points or confirmed reservation (“DVC Member”), DVC Rental Experts ("Intermediary" or “DVC Rental Experts”), and the individual(s) named on the reservation ("Guest").
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Guest agrees to rent a confirmed reservation or Disney Vacation Club (DVC) points for accommodations at a DVC resort. By completing the reservation process, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Reservation Request and Confirmation
● All reservations are subject to availability. The Intermediary will make every reasonable effort to secure the Guest’s requested resort, dates, and accommodations.
● Once the reservation request is secured, the Guest will receive an official confirmation number from Disney Vacation Club.
● At this point, the full payment is due immediately.
2. Payment Terms
To secure the reservation, the Guest agrees to the following payment terms:
1. Full Payment Required:
● Once the reservation is secured, the total rental cost is due in full immediately.
● If payment is not received within 24 hours of the invoice issuance, the reservation request may be canceled.
1. Accepted Payment Methods:
● Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, or ACH Transfer.
● A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, and a 4% processing fee applies to PayPal transactions.
Failure to submit full payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
3. Postponing the Magic (Cancellation & Modification Policy)
3.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellations
● This reservation is eligible for our Postponing the Magic Policy.
● If the Guest cancels more than 120 days before check-in, a 100% credit of the total rental cost may be issued for a future rental, valid for 12 months. If more points are required for the reservation, the Renter is responsible for paying the difference. If fewer points are used, no credit will be issued.
● If the Guest cancels between 120-91 days before check-in, a 50% credit of the total rental cost may be issued for a future rental, valid for 12 months. If more points are required for the reservation, the Renter is responsible for paying the difference. If fewer points are used, no credit will be issued.
● If the Guest cancels within 90 days of check-in, no refunds or credits will be provided. ● All Sales Are Final. Once the reservation is confirmed and paid in full, it is non-refundable.
3.2 Reservation Modifications
● Reservation modifications (dates, resort, or room type) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
● Reservation Modifications (name changes, etc) must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
● A $100 administrative fee applies to any and all modification requests. If modifications require additional points, the Guest is responsible for any cost differences.
4. Guest Responsibilities
● The Guest must provide accurate legal names, ages, home address, phone number, and email for all travelers at the time of booking.
● At check-in, the Guest must present a valid photo ID and credit card for any incidental charges.
● The Guest is responsible for any damages, unpaid charges, or violations of resort policies during their stay.
5. Intermediary Responsibilities
● DVC Rental Experts will make every effort to secure and confirm the Guest’s reservation in a timely manner.
● DVC Rental Experts is not responsible for the following:
● Specific room requests (Disney assigns rooms at check-in).
● Resort renovations or amenity closures.
● Any changes in resort policies, fees, or operational adjustments made by Disney Vacation Club.
6. An Act of God or an Uncontrollable Event
DVC Rental Experts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement due to an act of God or an uncontrollable event beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, hurricanes, severe weather, government-mandated travel restrictions, acts of terrorism, or resort closures.
● If an event of this nature prevents the Guest from traveling, a full credit may be issued toward a future booking, valid for 12 months, at the discretion of DVC Rental Experts.
● Cash refunds will not be issued in the event of trip disruptions caused by such uncontrollable circumstances.
● The Guest is strongly advised to purchase trip insurance to protect against such events.
7. No Daily Housekeeping Service
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resorts operate differently from traditional hotels, and as such, daily housekeeping services are not provided. Stays at DVC resorts include limited housekeeping, also known as “Trash & Towel Service” or “Full Cleaning Service”, depending on the length of stay, and are subject to change.
Housekeeping Schedule:
● For stays of 7 nights or fewer:
● Trash & Towel Service is provided on Day 4 of your stay. This includes:
● Removal of trash
● Replacement of towels and washcloths
● Restocking of bathroom amenities
● Replenishment of paper products (toilet paper, facial tissues)
● For stays of 8 nights or longer:
● A Full Cleaning Service is provided on Day 4, which includes:
● Trash removal
● Towel replacement
● Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
● Vacuuming and dusting
● Trash & Towel Service is provided again on Day 8 and repeats every four days thereafter.
Additional Housekeeping Services
Guests may request additional housekeeping services at an extra cost, subject to availability. Pricing and availability for these services are determined by the resort and are payable directly to Disney Vacation Club upon request.
By agreeing to this rental, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the DVC housekeeping schedule and understands that daily housekeeping is not included in this reservation.
8. Trip Insurance (Highly Recommended)
DVC Rental Experts strongly encourages Guest to purchase third-party trip insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected cancellations, travel disruptions, or emergencies.

● Protects against trip cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, or job loss.
● Covers travel delays, lost baggage, medical emergencies, and weather-related disruptions. ● Some policies offer reimbursement for non-refundable travel expenses, including DVC rentals. Where to Purchase Travel Insurance?

Guest Responsibilities:
● It is the Guest’s responsibility to purchase and understand their chosen insurance policy.
● No refunds or credits will be issued by DVC Rental Experts for guests who decline to purchase trip insurance.
9. No Transfer or Resale Policy
● This reservation cannot be transferred or resold to a third party.
● The primary Guest listed at the time of booking must be present at check-in.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
11. Accommodations Only – No Additional Travel Services Provided
This Agreement covers accommodations only at a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resort. DVC Rental Experts is not responsible for and does not provide any additional travel services, including but not limited to:
● Airfare or Transportation – Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights, rental cars, airport transfers, or any other form of transportation to and from the resort.
● Park Tickets & Dining Plans – This rental does not include Walt Disney World or Disneyland park tickets, Genie+ services, dining plans, or other Disney experiences. Guests must purchase these separately through Disney or an authorized provider.
● Resort Fees & Incidental Charges – Any charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to parking fees, room service, spa treatments, or recreational activities, are the sole responsibility of the Guest.
● Travel Insurance & Cancellations – DVC Rental Experts does not provide trip insurance. Guests are encouraged to purchase a policy to protect their investment in case of unexpected cancellations or disruptions.
By agreeing to this rental, the Guest acknowledges that this contract only secures accommodations and that any additional travel-related expenses must be arranged and paid for separately.
